My truck was leaking fluids and I took it to a dealership I had used previously. While I was waiting the attendant notified me that my radiator needed to be replaced and the bill would be over $1000 because my warranty had expired on my vehicle. I was crushed. Had a drivetrain part on my truck go bad was under warranty and there was no issue with it being covered just where the parts came from to fix it. Part was about $1170 from the dealer they wanted to use a used part from out of state to repair it and they would only pay $438 toward the bill.. Some places a used part maybe appropriate but not a drive shaft center support bearing in my book I am very displeased with this warranty service and will not be doing business with them again.
Nothing was covered under warranty that I had done.

You’re warranty plan is completely misleading upon purchase. Even with the best warranty available to purchase — coverage is no where near what Warranty Solutions offers. Furthermore, your adjusters do everything possible to make it where you guys don’t have to pay. “It’s failing, but it hasn’t failed yet. Therefore we don’t cover it.” I am not happy with your warranty and will not be using GWC again.
I purchased the warrantyfrom your company on 10/1/2018 for my 2009 Mercedes SL550 and had so much trouble with the car. I filed one claim for an ABC Malfunction. A part was mailed to the repair shop and as soon as I drove away from the shop the light came back on. The car was in the shop for over a week and I didn’t even use. The rental car option that I could have used. The dealership I purchased the car from ended up buying my car back for the price I paid for it. I highly recommend this warranty to any of you who are seeking a warranty to buy friendly staff very short wait time on the phone very helpful and they do have a lot of experience I would like to give them five star that's what this warranty is
May I please have a print out of the work that was done on my vehicle sent to my email. I do not have a copy of that.
