The center rear brake light malfunctioned and sent an alert to the dashboard so the driver could see it. None of the “bulbs” in the string of lights had “burned out”. Seemed there was a wiring problem. This was not covered by the warranty. I’m grumpy but only mildly so.

Very Upset and Disappointed That a Repair was covered under my warranty but there was a different on the hour to do the work between GWC and the Certified BMW Dealership, That one of your associate stated was not one Of there per shops for work done.When I called with questions about my warranty policy and why there was a different in the amount of hours it called for to do the work. Dont appreciate installing after market parts on my vehicle especially when I was told ,that whatever dealership I took it to they would repair it.
I just don’t understand why the taxes are not covered on parts needing to be changed. Was unaware of this when I purchased warranty and was told I only had to pay deductible. Definitely a misconception Very hard to get a rental vehicle as well while car is in the shop
The loopholes that your company uses to refuse people service and get there cars fixed is ridiculous. If someone is paying for a service then once the service is needed it shouldn’t be a problem with getting your car fixed

I really appreciate the seamless transacrions between GWC and my vehicle service representative at Mercadies Benz of Annapolis. Just as advertised; I took my vehicle to the dealership for a damage assessment, and possible repair. Within 24 hours, my service rep contacted me and stated the GWC rep came to the daadership, reviewed the claim, and authorized the repairs. Thanks for your courtesy and professionalism.
