I paid more out of pocket than my extended warranty would cover. Seriously, I can't take a Dodge car to a Dodge dealership to get fixed because you only pay car store generic parts prices? Next time I'm going w the manufacturers extended warrany.

I took my 2016 Denali for a burned out coil to the dealership, the truck was repaired in a few hours. I only had to pay 106 dollars. ,

I thought it was fine except that the dealership now had to argue with you over the hourly rate you were willing to pay the mechanic who did the repair work. When I purchased the policy from you, there was no mention of this limitation. If that is part of new policies, fine. However, you should make changes like that to existing policies when that was not part of the agreement at the time it was entered into.

Thank you for helping me with my used car purchase, I am so happy that I bought your warranty over other companies I have had to put the car in the shop twice since purchasing it in October of 2018 and had no problem with you taking care of the repair bill I am telling other about buying a warranty from you
