You guys did good far as the repairs to my GMC BUT I HAD TO PAY FOR THE COMPUTER HOOK UP FOR THEM TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. TO ME THAT SHOULD HAD BEEN PD. AS WELL ON YOUR END.
GWC warranty offered a complete hassle free repair procedure for my four F1 50. GWC dealt directly with the repair facility with respect to payment and processing of the claim. Could not be happier with the claim procedure process.

Never been so disappointed in my 62 years, very poor customer service and very rud..I still have it and can not say much because I don’t need any more trouble, but will never recommend your service to anyone. So I ended up needing a new transmission for my truck. Apparently you guys required me to have a remanufactured transmission installed in the truck. I was not even able to be told how long it would take to arrive. It ended up taking like a week to get to the shop. I was without my truck for 2 and a half weeks. Luckily the shop took a day to stall the transmission. On top of this all I was not told to the last minute that my warrant does not cover any diagnostic testing.
