I had to get a used transmission instead of a new one and the warranty is a shitty warranty
Discovered a pump was faulty, was ordered and replaced with in a week. No cost to me.

I used you guys first about a month ago, and you were incredibly informative, you called me even before the dealer called me to tell me exactly what work was to be done and what was to be paid, I still had an issue and had to bring the car back to BMW, not only did gwc not cover I don't think anything, nobody called me this time, so I'm not happy, because I do not know why the items were not covered, and nobody called me, but the first time was fabulous service
Hate it. Waste of money. Poor customer service.
