I paid good money for my warranty and they wanted 800$ to change my spark plugs! I am really offended the whole reason I bought the warranty was so I could get repairs done without cost due to the fact I paid a lot for the warranty!

The repair shop was supposed to do more than the work they did, I was not informed on everything that was diagnosed and covered until afterwards.

I purchased my used vehicle with a years worth of coverage on Christmas Eve! Not even 48 hours later, I got in and started the vehicle when the battery light came on and within minutes the car was smoking with the smell of burning wires. Vehicle was towed to Mechanic who was advised by the dealership to contact GWC to file a claim. I was called and asked to tell what had happened. The claim was approved immediately to replace the alternator, both part and labor. Only thing that was not covered was the sales tax...not sure ... read more

Brakes are failing on my vehicle however when the “preferred mechanic “ I took it to contacted you, the repair was not approved. The brakes do not act up every day but I am still experiencing brake issues . I have a pic of the warning notice and am taking my vehicle back to the mechanic again if you refuse to repair such a serious safety issue as this I will contact governmT safety council or a lawyer.

I had work that was done that I thought was covered under the warranty I tried to go on your website it told me it wasn't secure. You only paid a little over $200 out of the $2,000 bill that I had to pay. I had to have a lighting unit installed in my car you didn't even cover that. I don't know what's covered I have no warranty agreement,but or not really sure if it's worth me having this coverage this I'm paying $135 a month.
