This is the second time I had to use the warranty contract. First time GWC only covered partial cost of the part and hence I was worried this time I have to get into a long process. I was surprised this time when GWC covered the entire repair (replacement of Transfer Case Control Module on my X5) with out any delay or hesitation. Took my truck to shop with loud noise coming from left front wheel. Dropped it off,. I received a call the next day saying they found wheel bearing was bad, warranty claim was approved and truck was fixed! That was fast( thank you GWC

Alternator died on me took it to a repair shop Got it fix the same day with no problems

I would never buy another GWC warranty they did not stand behind their warranty I had to pay$1400 to put a transmission in and if it wasn’t for the good people at Pine line I would’ve had to pay over 2000 so therefore I would like to continue buying cars from Pine line however I will not buy a Nother GWC warranty

Didn't get to use the warranty as I repaired the issue myself after being told by the vehicle inspector that my claim probably won't be accepted.

Have found yet another reason I said "Yes" to purchasing the extended warranty from GWC. An unforeseen repair - who da thunk it - was needed and the part alone was well over $500. You make a nice pillow to fall back on!

I didn’t receive a copy of the agreement and phoned with your agents only to get the run around. Sent them the documents that was requested only to have to pay $600 to get my engine tore down and still possibly could be denied. I will never ever use this warranty company again.

Well, I was a little worried because I did the 100,000 mile service, and changed over to synthetic fluid, but did not keep the store receipts, so I had no paperwork to prove that it was done. I guess the transmission shop vouched for me that the fluid looked like new. Thank goodness, they (GWC) covered the transmission rebuild, being on a fixed income, and that my only vehicle, would have been very difficult !
