We were sold a bumper to bumper warranty and asked did this cover everything? And they told us yes. We had to pay 670.00 for our car to be fixed y’all pay 200.00 bc one was a hose and the other was pipe. So minus our 100.00 deductible you are paying 100.00. Which we have not received.

GWC was able to cover the incident as stated in the warranty and worked well with the local dealership; however, their labor coverage was only three fourths of the total labor cost of the repair, which rendered my co-pay to be well above the deductible. This was frustrating to learn.

My truck was taken in during October, both times it was supposedly fixed I broke down on my way home from picking it up! I’m sure it’s my engine but you guys don’t want to replace it. So you keep trying to replace other things so I have to pay hundreds of dollars each time, just to break down after leaving from shop. I have three kids so each time has been awful! It was horrible I had to have my car moved to 3 different shops your warranty refuses to pay claims unless the business gives you all the rate that your company feels is fair which has absolutely nothing to do with the purchase of this warranty they try to make you pay for part of the work but that’s not what the warranty states it has a $100 deductible but your warranty company still try’s to force you to pay more or don’t want to pay anything smh! Worst purchase I ever made was getting this warranty

This company is run by accountants, underwriters and actuaries. That's it. No customer service at all. I spent a significant amount of money on a warranty for a high-end automobile- just under $5K for the warranty itself. Go to get a claim approved, and they will only cover close to 50% of the repair. They claim that the repair facility who submitted the claim charges too much for- well- pretty much everything. If i could give zero stars i would. I was sold this warranty by a private dealer who sold me my 2008 F150. The dealer said it was bullet proof. "No worries just drive", i don't think so. Had troubles with my 4 wheel drive and needed a pump replaced for power steering. Total for work was $3,700 but i got a call from the certified ford mechanics to say unfortunately my bullet proof warranty was only covering $700 worth of it. I have filed claims twice, and you have denied each time with flimsy excuses to get out of paying the claims. You RIP people off! I am filing complaints with the BBB and whomever governs the warranty companies. I paid hard earned money in good faith and expected to be taken care of. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The problem isn’t fixed I’ve contacted Crabtree and they said they would call you to see what to do next. I’m very disappointed with my vehicle. There’s been several issues with this vehicle. My windshield washer still isn’t fixed. It will not allow water to clean my windshield. The interior lights are still fading in and out. So the 200.00 I paid to fix it was in vain because I still have the problems. I’m not satisfied
