Do you recommend me to have my car to be worked on my guy Garage in Roseville Michigan only thing they are good for is changing the oil and fixing flat tires. My car sit there for a whole week they didn't even look at it .and they say that they couldn't fix it. I lost money that week and they charged me $86 for nothing. Then I have to have it towed to the dealership in Warren Michigan. The dealership was okay but it was a little bit lack of communication. They did fix the problem with my truck
GWC did a great job of working with the repair shop and reaching out directly to correct a misunderstanding (turns out the technician failed to submit a diagnostic charge) about the amount that would be paid for the auto repair.
I would like to turn you in to the Better Business B. Your worry free insurance is a scam!
It’s okay expect I brought a new vechicle and I was unable to cancel the contract for the old car. So I still have to pay the balance even though I no longer have that vechicle a purchased it for.
I had a problem with my truck so I took it to a authorized shop and they tried to do stuff I didn’t need so of course you guys wouldn’t cover it. So I took it back where I bought it. Not happy I had to pay for two diagnostic....

My vechile was in the shop because of a factory recall for the alternator. In tirn it ended up frying my battery and pcm. That was covered and replaced by the dealership. After that they told me that i needed a starter. I only had the vehicle about 4 weeks before it went into the shop. All and all GWC was contacted by the dealer amd they covered the starter. Im pleased with the level of customer service and time it took to get everything done.
waste of money, my truck broke down and should have been covered by the warranty but they wouldn't cover the repairs or the rental car that i had for 5 days which says right in the warranty coverage is covered. never again will i use this company for any after market warranty. absolute joke!!!!!!
Service was prompt ! However I was dissatisfied with coverage , wheel bearings were ruined and not covered under your terms .Try driving without them . What I don't understand is limitations !!
