We were expecting to pay a $100 deductible, but was very disappointed when we were told we had to pay $180 , which included fees for the freon and the tax. I totally feel that we were taken advantage of. I will not encourage other individuals to put has the GWC warranty.

Good experience in terms of how quickly repair was approved, but very disappointed to hear does not cover BMW factory parts and has a low cap on labor. Neither were explained to me when I bought the warranty. So it only covered a part of my repair cost.

I purchased a used car and had not been for me purchasing a warranty, the car would have been sitting in my driveway as it had a lot of mechanical things that went wrong, I am glad my salesperson may be aware of the warranty. The repairs that was made to my vehicle was worth me purchasing the warranty. GWC worked well with my service place.

I chose a location to take my car and GWC refused to pay for original parts. In order to get the repairs done properly I had to pay and additional significant amount out of pocket. I would not recommend you to anyone. GERMAN AUTO AND MATT WERE GREAT. I would recommend them for future repairs.

This warranty company is complete bull. Waste of $3,600 with barely any coverage.

The metal ac hose had a crack in it and it was not covered was told when I bought it every thing was covered expect for wear and tir items

After denying a recent motor claim and no written explanation I thought this would be covered easily but the repair facility said he had to work hard to convince you on this claim. You did take care of it and I appreciate it!

GWC covered the work on the steering column. However, they would not cover the front end alignment, wiper sensor motor, or taxes. I'm fine with them since they covered one of the main things but not very pleased about the other 3 issues mentioned above.

We have had three engines is my truck and there is still a problem that you won’t fix and has cost me over 5000.00. I find this warranty company a good idea but you have failed to help your customer fix the problem in a timely manner. This engine journey started Jan 3 1018 and still is not fixed.
