I hadn't purchased a car in 11 years and was dreading the experience--the whole time-wasting, sometimes disingenuous, back and forth, "let me check with my manager" experience. Great service! Marcus was very communicative and helped tremendously in getting everything with my car ready to go. Also all the staff members were very welcoming and helpful. Overall great service and I would highly recommend this location to any Nissan user.
I would give more stars but in the past I have has horrible experience at this dealership in service and sale. This was the best!
Brought my car in to have tires replaced; Lynn Fritz was extremely helpful; Tire were replaced and balanced in very reasonable time frame and car drives very smoothly. Lynn always makes sure all service was performed to my satisfaction. Great job & thank you.
When my engine warning light came on, I drove immediately to Herb Gordon and was greeted by Jarred Brown. He was extremely helpful and remembered my car history without looking it up. He advised me exactly what the repair would entail, and we set an appointment for the following week.
