My 5 month old Labradoodle LOVES Doggy Daycare at the Hill Country Animal Hospital! He socializes, runs, and plays all day and is absolutely exhausted when I pick him up...mission accomplished! I came here yesterday and saw Dr Kemnitz and was so pleased. Everything went extremely well from booking my appointment as a new patient (not to mention I called at 2:30pm on a Friday on got squeezed in at 5:30pm) to checking out, which they do in the exam room to make things easier and faster. We have been taking our animals here for over 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Our dogs get so excited when we pull up in the driveway. They take such good care of the animals being boarded and the grooming services are fabulous. Love that we know we can trust the HCAH team with our furry family members.
I recently switched over to this vet, based on Yelp reviews. I have been extremely happy with the customer service, both over the phone and in person. From the techs to the doctor my pups and I were very comfortable and happy. Although I have only brought them once for a check up about three months ago, I have called in multiple times for questions and every time the doctor has taken the time to get on the line and go over ANY and every question I have in detail. We have been with Hill Country for 15+ years. They have gone through keeping our pets healthy to helping us tell them good-bye. We highly recommend them for medical, grooming and boarding.
We love Hill County Animal Hospital. My parents dogs go here as well as mine. Champ loves daycare and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vet.
I switched to this practice a few years ago and am so glad I did. It is very clean and the staff is great. When we had to put our cat down this past summer, we not only received a signed condolence card from the entire staff, but Dr Holcomb also made a donation to A & M's vet program in her name. We were touched. They offer a variety of services from boarding to day care. I highly recommend this practice!
We have been using Hill Country Animal Hospital for medical care and boarding for the past 15 years and have ALWAYS been very happy with the care and attention shown toward our pets. A few months ago we brought our dog in to have the Vet take a look at a lump on the side of his neck. They suggested we keep on eye on it but didn't see the need for immediate or radical treatment. Everyone at Hill Country Animal has always been extremely helpful and very caring. When I adopted my mixed breed Sophie from the Dallas Pound, she was 6 mths. old. and a very sick, tiny 13 lb. girl with a terrible cough and runny nose. When I took her in to see Dr. Holcomb, she was diagnosed with pneumonia. She spent her first week in Austin, living at Hill Country Animal Hospital.
