Went to 4 different chain pet stores and none had what I was looking for. Hollywood feed had it and the clerk helped me find it and was very courteous.

I was in the feed the other day and mentioned we needed bigger bags of a specific food. They ordered it for us! How awesome! Hollywood has been so great. The staff is phenomenal. And we love it.

Always a very pleasant experience when I run in the store. I am greeted and ask if I need any help upon entering the store. And they are very attentive when you are ready to check out and be on your way. They never fail to have what I am needing in stock! The store is clean and organized and most always things are not moved from where you know to go and find them. So I don’t have to search because they moved it.
