The groomer was very attentive to the details for the cut I desired for my Cavalier pups. I have 4 total, she did the two girls. Rarely do I use the word perfect but she groomed the girls perfectly! Best cut ever. Will be using for my 2 boy cav’s soon. Expect they will come out looking their best.

The entire staff is top notch! We are there at least once a month for grooming. Jade does an exceptional job.

A friendly floor associate helped me find the right collar for a kitten and also directed me to other items I needed. The store was tidy and organized. The cashier was friendly as well. It was my first time in this store and I definitely had a positive experience.

Went to 4 different chain pet stores and none had what I was looking for. Hollywood feed had it and the clerk helped me find it and was very courteous.

I was in the feed the other day and mentioned we needed bigger bags of a specific food. They ordered it for us! How awesome! Hollywood has been so great. The staff is phenomenal. And we love it.
