I walked in with my 6 month old puppy in my arms with no leash, no collar (she chewed it up in a fit of unsupervised enthusiasm). We were also preparing for a winter storm. The staff had her outfitted with a collar, leash, and beautiful warm sweater in no time flat. After she was secure, she ran around the store greeting everyone. What a lovely experience! All staff members were friendly and helpful. We could have stayed all day!

I wish I remembered the gals name who helped me as she was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and kind. My foster dog is a destroyer of all toys. She told me her dog was the same way and pointed out some toys that are working for her dog. I was at the New Albany Hollywood Feed for pictures with Santa for my foster. Your staff is knowledgeable about the products you have. I recently needed help changing my dogs food and not only did she recommend a great food but she explained how to switch out dry dog food slowly without upsetting my dogs stomach…..
