The lovely and amazing women working today know what they know, and gave more than enough smiles and happiness to my fur baby today who WAYYY NEEDED IT!! She’s so loving it and I gave her all the love and smiles as y’all asked! Thank you ladies and Pet People so much for you kindness and contribution to the communities!!! Amber was pleasant and helpful the moment I first walked through the doors. It was my first time in the store and I couldn't believe how much attention she gave me. I heard the other associate giving her customer just as much attention. I am dazzled at the extraordinary customer experience I received there. They don't make human beings very well these days and this store definitely has the best and brightest and nicest people working there.

what a great, friendly staff. I was there today for the Rescuedohio Muttster Mash and had a great time. The entire staff was so kind and courteous and really went out of their way to help and you could tell they just really love their jobs, their community, the dogs (of course) and made sure every customer had a great experience. Thank you Vicktoria (sp)( I remember a "K"), for working so hard, always smiling and for being the driving force behind a great team.

I have recently visited PetPeople a few times to shop for my daughter’s new service dog. I am so impressed with the customer service and the quality of the store and the products. I have also always found products I needed on clearance. This is by far the best pet store around. I really appreciate the 10% service dog discount at PetPeople as well. Other pet stores do not offer a discount. I’m looking forward to trying out the self service pet bath

You are the most important thing to the employees here. My wife stopped in to pick up some dog food and not only was Zach extremely helpful in the store, but he also took the bag out to the car for her. Being pregnant, she appreciated it very much. 10 out of 10 would visit here again. #customerserviceszn

You feel like royalty when you shop here or when you give your stank dog a bath. Extremely pleasant staff and a great selection of sponsor every kind of healthy food imaginable. I love this place!

I take my dog niece here for dog washes and presents when I'm visiting my family in Columbus. I love the products, the staff are amazing, and they do some great events throughout the year!
