Luke replaced the cyclone on my Dyson for me and gave is a demo of the hard floor cleaner! After having a go with it I said yes to purchasing one immediately as it was just what we had been looking for! He then made a call enabling us to get some discount on it which has made it an even bigger bargain! Luke was polite friendly and very professional and we are most grateful for his service! Rob our engineer was excellent. He made a good job of our oven, checked the filter in the extractor fan, and explained and did a demonstration on a Dibea vacum cleaner that we want to buy later on . Very polite as well, full marks to him.
