My washing/dryer machine (only 6 years old) started tripping the electric last night so I phoned homeserve first thing this morning for their help. Michael arrived at 2pm (how’s that for service) and had a look at the machine. It needed a major part to get it going and then no guarantee there would not be another fault. Replaced my machine without hesitation and Michael is coming back tomorrow to fit.
