I bought Honda Pilot the other day off C.J. He was helpful and friendly. However the Sales Manager Rusty I have issues with. They have a Internet price that shows a price with no fine print that you have to present it to anyone or mention it, so I thought that was the price. I had an appointment when I took in my Ridgeline, took at least 3 hours to get services done. Also think I was overcharged for those services even though I had a free oil change left from when I purchased my vehicle I think they made up for it by adding on parts and other charges!
UPDATE: a manager from Honda Morristown called me and spoke to me about my experience. He listened and did Express concerns, provided some explanations, and in general did seem very sincere. I will say that I have not had a negative experience until now and timing was very bad. no one can predict flat tires or other mishaps and will make the happiest person upset. Read your paperwork. They throw in extra stuff without telling you. They take forever to fix their mistakes. I love my car but will never ever come back to Honda morristown dealership. They give Honda a really bad name.
Nothing, absolutely nothing. We bought two cars there and did not even get copies of paperwork on either one before we brought them home. The first car we had over a week and still did not have copies yet. I had to call dealership and tell them if I did not get copies by the next day that I would be contacting the corporate office. My husband which was an employee there received paperwork copies that next morning. My husband does not work there anymore due to being layed off due to lack of work or so the paper states.

Went there for service and lot of repairs cost up to $1,500.00. Waiting for the service to be completed and a young man CJ started to talk to us ask why we were there. We explained to him our story. Than asked if we thought of trading it in and we said didn't think it was possible. Next thing we knew we we're drive home in a 2020 Honda Accord.
Over been doing to Honda of Morristown for about 5 years. I recently bought a used vehicle there (a Nissan) and I have a 1yr warranty, which I do. I understand it's a third party warranty. They boasted how everything but the stereo and paint are covered. That even if a lightbulb goes out, it'd be covered.
