I took my 2017 honda accord to get some warranty work done on it and the serivce rep discussed doing a service on it well after he told me the price for everything in which came to around 500.00 I was presented a bill after the service for almost 800.00. i then got a call from the service rep this am and ended up being told that i was just upset because how much it cost. well yes i am because i wouldn't have agreed to that at all. really dishonest and definitely not a good way of handling a complaint. i have purchased multip... read more

Service department doesn’t keep to their schedule and when calling to schedule service, you are transferred and disconnected several times or placed on hold for 15 minutes.

I'm very disappointed in Honda Morristown, and will not be returning for service. I took my 2017 Honda Civic in for an oil change, and transmission service on Saturday morning. We went to Knoxville Saturday afternoon. On the way back home, on hectic interstate 40, I started hearing a clanging sound. Then all of a sudden we heard metal scraping the roadway. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Honda Morristown... and I will never purchase another from this dealership. I am a very patient, honest and trusting person, but I obviously did not deal with the same type of people. Their motto is that they ‘stand behind the vehicles that they sell’.... they do not. They do not even stand behind what they repair. Their service department has a large banner that states ‘fixed the first time’.... not the case either. I had repeated bad experiences with the entire recall process. It was a nightmare. They call every few months as a “friendly reminder that I haven’t seen them in a while.” Each time, I explain that I will not be returning and not to call again. Today, Labor Day, they call asking if I want to trade in or sell the vehicle that I bought from them. My vehicle was NOT purchased there. Spending 10 hours there...never ever again..crazy...slow..bringing the car from Knoxville but hours later didn’t happened ..would get one from somewhere else and deliver Monday ..seems took deposit to bank on Saturday evening when they couldn’t even get it ...for her first time buying experience she had an experience...
