Went for a free oil change. Took almost 3 hours.
Five trips to service center, several dollars spent for services not needed and several miles later to fix an issue with CRV. To find out they "think" it is a bad tire and it is not a honda issue and not covered. I understand. Buy a gallon of spoiled Mayfield milk at Ingles, return the milk to Mayfield... Gotcha.. Honda Morristown let $175 tire come between a repeat customer and recommendation. I would recommend going to Knox or Johnson City.
The service department always seems to take a long time when I bring my car in for any service, despite that I arrive on time for my appointment. A typical oil change takes at least an hour and a half if I bring my vehicle in, with the longest being 3 hours. THREE HOURS. When my husband brings my car in for the same oil change, he’s in and out in less than an hour. Love my Honda!! Always had good experiences until this time.Had a appointment for service. Waited 2 hrs with people without appt went before me.
This was the worse service ever. Made an appointment for a recall the week before I brought the car in. They did the oil change and the said oh, we don’t have the recall part. We can do it tomorrow. At 3:30 the next day...it will be at least 5:30. When I asked if I could get a break on the oil change for my inconvenience, I was told there was no manager to approve that. I paid for my oil change and traded in my Honda Insight the next day. NOT at your dealership. Never again.
I bought my car two years ago. they said I had to have a whole laundry list of things done for the 3 year service. .. this is after telling me the previous owners name .. and that she never had it done .. so admitting that they sold me a certified car that needed service to maintain the warranty. now they won't get back to me. do not buy the extended warranty you won't get it if you need it. waste of money. I'm not crazy ,and I don't like being lied to.
I've had a bad experience every time I've dealt with honda of Morristown. First off they cheated me out of thousands of dollars on a vehicle repair. They scratched up my daughters wheels on her new car during a front end alignment and tire rotation. Won't fix them. They didn't put all the screws back on the scuff plate. Had appointment for oil change upon arrival (after traveling over 45 minutes) we were told they were short handed and we had a 2 hour wait. Why weren't we called to ask if we wanted to reschedule? I asked to have Mr. ROWLAND call me to discuss this situation and he never called. UPDATE I received call from Mr. Rowland after this post and we have discussed the situation and have a satisfactory resolution.
