Absolutely pathetic!! They charged us 200$ just for labor to put two tires on seriously that’s disgusting and never again will they touch anything of ours !!!

Came to the honda dealership to find a good reliable car to take back to Connecticut. I bought a 2019 subaru crosstrek to drive back thinking it was a good reliable car. However, not even 45 minutes after leaving to go to Connecticut the car started malfunctioning only 5 days after purchasing here. We had to turn back around and bring it back to the dealership so they could take a look at it. It will cost me around 2k to get the car fixed. service department is a joke. my mother had her 2020 Passport in there this morning with a recurring electronic issue that they've supposedly fixed twice before. They tried to charge her $2400 for an issue that is known and should've been fixed previously. Honda use to have the best sales/service but theyre a joke now. Avoid them at all costs. Customer service and communication were terrible. We waited 2 weeks on items owed from purchase agreement and zero communication was initiated from the dealership. When we reach out multiple times we continued to wait with often no response or no direct answers. The vehicle is less than a month in our possession with multiple issues noted and addressed with the dealership. The little young salesman that looks like young drew lynch was a horrible salesman. Very sarcastic. Asked about details to the car and he would give sarcastic answers. As we were leaving he was trying to get me to get a Tahoe. Because that’s so similar to what I was looking for. I wouldn’t recommend salesmen like that. I left after that and bought my vehicle elsewhere.

My experience with Honda Morristown has been nothing but a headache! So many things have happened since I purchased a brand new Honda Accord Sport Hybrid in Dec 2023. Within 9 months of purchasing the car, they replaced the steering rack. My front bumper paint started peeling off. Also, after I had the ceramic coating sprayed on my car I had noticed these places all over my car. I want everyone to know about Honda Morristown. We got my daughter a Chevy Cruze for her 1st vehicle. This was in March. She has not been able to drive it for 2 weeks. The power has completely stopped. They wanted me to trade it in for a completely new vehicle for $500 car payment & also asked me for more $ down. I declined both. They also said they had another 2014 Honda. I said ok. They then come back and say we can get you in a new one. I said no. She doesn’t need that, nor does want it. He says why? I've been carrying a car by the gas pump since November 2024 and it still keeps telling me that it doesn't have it and that's a factory defect that I have a call of that to replace it and still nothing until today's date
