I can't say enough about Zachary Shoemaker, the plumbing technician who took care of our plumbing emergency. When he first came to our home, he quickly called for help to drain our flooded basement. When the water level was low enough for him to safely evaluate the extent of the damage, he replaced our failed sump pump and got an electrical contractor to come out and restore power and light so that the project could continue. I made an appointment for the 20th of May. They didn't show up. The date and time confirmed the night before. Then I rescheduled for June 5th. The date and time confirmed the day before and still no show. When I called they said they called to confirm them coming today. If it was confirmed the night before why in the morning again. When I cancelled it the girl hung up on me. They do not have customer service. I will never recommend them again to anyone.
Horrible experience! Avoid this company at all costs! They will take advantage of you and charge you WAY more then you should be paying in comparison to other companies for a terrible job done. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous. A call this morning resulted in us being sassed by their receptionist. They did not fix our AC, which we paid them a grand for, and they have made NO attempt to make things right. Instead of offering to make things right, we received attitude. The work done was great! The customer service and policy against giving information to your insurance company (even with your permission) make it harder to get reimbursed after the job is over. It's a shame.

They charged my Mom $500 for a ~$20 capacitor and 30 minutes of labor to replace the old one. Not to mention they were already there for their $79 annual tune up. The service guy was really looking for that spring bonus I guess. Stay away from these guys!

Went into the estimate discussion optimistic. All of our questions were answered satisfactorily and we agreed to a deal. I foolishly didn't read the contract closely enough and found we were charged extra for items that were "included" in the deal. During the discussion I asked if items could be removed from the package and was told they were part of the deal. Once again heating is not working. Problem started March 31th. Glad summer will soon be here. Will I have problems with the A/C too? Still making payments on the system and services warranty is running out soon, which mean is going to cost me more $$. SAD, SAD!!
