JUST GOT RIPPED OFF Big time! Will NOT ever use or recommend @Horizon Services again.
An hour ago your tech left my house w over $900 and supposedly fixed my heater. Guess what's not fixed and is still acting the same way as before they arrived. Now I wait 3 hours for the next window for your tech to arrive and "fix" it again. Guess who's not getting a dollar this go around and will never be recommended. 🖕
Came to my house tried to charge me $1600 to fix my boiler got it fixed for $245 by somebody else This is the 3rd time They have tried ripping me off never again all they want to do is sell you a new air conditioner or heater they are not in the repair business

I’m writing on behalf of my grandmother, who Horizon services tried to scam. I used to work in the heating and air business so i know how much a capacitor costs. There is no way in hell my 80 year old grandmother, who is caring for my grandfather who just suffered a stroke, should have been charged $495 for a part that ranges between $11-$30. RecommendedI have been a loyal customer for many, many years. And I recommend Horizon to those that ask me for a referral. But today was not a good day. So, Horizon let us down. The guy that was out this morning was a plumber. The guy that was out this afternoon was a drain clearer. They are different skills and we require both here. The plumber who was out this morning should have removed the toilet in the master bath and fixed the problem with the toilet. Then the drain guy would come out afterwards and clear the drain. I would not recommend using Horizon Services… I had a salesman Mark Bowman visit my home in SBY MD. I would rate him at good. He sold a system - and got his commission. I don’t believe I got what I paid for: 2 of the items he told me - I needed - we not installed. 1 - 5 inch filter would not fit in area. 1 -top of line thermostat- could not be used because that unit would not communicate with the system he sold me. Poor attitude of plumbing technician. Only wanted to tell me he might not be able to fix a clogged toilet unless I paid more and would not be covered once fixed. Customer Relations does want to hear about your concerns or issues. Did callback and hung up on several times. Staff berates one another. Had to come out four times in one year for heater issue, then said they knew what the problem was and final fix the part. Cannot wait until the heater warrant is up. Last warning do not use Horizon services.
