I had a great stay at the Horseshoe. The room was clean and comfortable.
Food was too expensive
Loved our room! We stayed 3 nights
Old needs updating Place was ok but needs updating. Several things worn out and not working as they should.
Clean room
Horseshoe No valet or luggage assistance. The wheels on the luggage cart needed air and were difficult to maneuver. The AC in the room froze and would not work so it was too hot. The maintenance person left the front of the unit on the floor and did not return to repair or notify desk we needed a room change. The next morning, called maintenance on a broken TV selector and they determined the problem but we still did not get a room change.
