Staff immediately helped us check in. The view from our 17th floor room was beautiful. The beds and pillows were perfectly firm and we slept so good. We slept so good we missed breakfast, but have heard good things. Room and bathroom were clean and nicely cold on a hot city summer day. Wish they had a pool, but really no complaints. Would stay here again.

No affordable food in Blackhawk hotels Stay was great but a minus from 5 star to 4 because the Casinos don't have any affordable places to eat. There is no reason why a Cava, Chipotle, shouldn't be there. People will eat cause they must. It was annoying to have to drive to Denver for food other than ghe burger joints in the Casinos.

It appears that there might be some difficulties with the elevators and their ability to read hotel cards, although the rooms and beds are reported to be quite satisfactory.

Parking Valets couldn't help with bags. Front Desk was slow. Not all elevators worked with room keys.
