    My app doesn't stay connected nor does it have any of the features featured above for the last year. I only have the schedule and pump speed. No way to control anything else as it states. update. Bought a router as suggested but the app still looks nothing like the above description. I would like to see the chlorinated control part.

    Always an issue! The system is extremely less than par. it's always having an issue. it's not connected, it won't connect. the customer service is not open on the weekends. it's a nightmare. never never again. would I buy this system.

    pool professional this app stinks. i can connect to the (low)iqpump01 interface, but it does nothing. customer hates the thing too, for whatever that's worth

    firmware update error on ebplux 6050i pool robot always for months. app doesn't not display pool robot is on. it works to turn onto he robot but does not change display

    horrible app. hardly ever works properly, firmware never updates. try to contact customer support, they never reply. waste of time and money. weeks later, still no response to emails...

    Whether or not the app actually connects to the system is very hit or miss. Often makes it unusable.

    This app has a very primitive look and feel. I feel like I am working with a system from the late 90's when automation was in its infancy. I am very frustrated with the following topics 1) Schedules - Why is there no option to disable a schedule (or) specify start and end dates 2) What are the groups and why can I not program these 3) Why do I have to launch another app to finetune settings? 4) why doesn't the web app use a standard keyboard? Why do I have to use touch to type ?
