    The app continually disconnects from my pool I have to manually reconnect it to my pool to see or change any setting.

    Got a firmware can't update contact support.... I just got my robot out for summer...

    Abysmal. You can't link a polaris robotic pool cleaner unless you slow your wifi to 2.4. Even then it's hit and miss. If you can't connect, getting the robot aimed at a wall in a free form pool is a waiting game. So avoid the app and their robot unless you enjoy being frustrated beyond belief.

    awful, unreliable app that chooses when it wants to connect. massive issues updating firmware.

    I'm a software developer and this app is simply full of bugs. On a regular basis it will not respond to controls, so when I am remote I literally have to check my security camera to see if it is working! Now it says that the firmware update failed and to contact support... which is a 41 minute hold time! it's a never ending loop. it also doesn't save custom settings.. it's as if it loses it's memory? it's just bad UI and bad programming.

    The app constantly errors out that I have to use the web version to turn the heater off.
