Loosing connection all the time, have to reset the device every few days to get the uplink. Had to buy a wifi AP for my pool enginee room, hust dor this device. Would be great to have local connectivity with HA and not cloud only (its one and only device being managed outside my LAN).

Just so bad. I am running latest version 7.3.2 on Android. When I click the toggle button to turn on the Air Blower, it takes me to the pool light color selection screen. I literally have to choose a pool light color in order to turn on the air jets. When I tried to send this same message to iAquaLink support team via the app, the Submit button didn't work.

The Polaris Scout pool robot is excellent. The app, not so much. The app seldom works right. And by seldom I mean never. The dreaded "firmware update error" comes up almost always. It is surprising that a good company like Polaris would allow a garbage app like this tarnish it's otherwise excellent reputation.

Works when it wants to. Force closes and refreshes with errors often. Have to check a single command then wait until it forces me out then I have to come back in and make additional changes.

recent update broke access for Android. it now waits for a while and sometimes grants access and sometimes does not.ios works fine w same creds. when I can get in on android still can't get to web gui to program automation. this app continues to be awful.

Just like many reviewers I'm having multiple firmware update error messages. when you call and wait on hold only for them to tell you to move the freedom robot closer to the router for 48 hours, but that still doesn't resolve the issue. it is a pain to try to use the app with the constant messages popping up and no easy way to resolve. Whatever this update process is, it clearly doesn't work.
