The UI/UX team should be fired. This app feels like 25 year old programming. The "web" portion of the app never works. Why not have that in the app? When I launch the app 9 times out of 10, I have to close and relaunch so it will open. Making changes to anything is a difficult task.

2025 still worst 2021 update, this is only getting worst..... Not only is it app keep crashing all the time. The hardware that it is supporting has ridiculously expensive spare parts(or none). Do yourself a favor avoid zodiac/Jandy products for your pool. As far as a support from this app I only had the chance to deal with incompetence and morons . Uninstall/reinstall the app, or referencing updates that do not exist. We are now a month into these repeat failure and no progress from support....

This is the worst app that I've ever come across. Hangs abruptly. Shows the pool 'offline' randomly. Web UI is from the 1980s.. Unfortunately, stuck with this app. Please hire some good developers!

This year the app doesn't want to connect. Always getting notifications there was a problem establishing a connection please refresh and retry later. I even readded the device no luck. very frustrating. for years this worked flawlessly
