it's not bad but it doesn't pick up leaves like it should, it doesn't come to the surface when you press lift so you have to drag it out and the app is constantly bugging out . I wouldn't get another one.

they pushed a firmware update that constantly fails. now I can't control my vaccuum from the app because the pop-up that tells me it fails returns me to the main menu. give me a way to proceed without the update. this is completely unacceptable

I am shocked this app has been approved thru the app store. Endless cycle of "Failed Firmware Upgrade" messages. Renders the app completely useless. Will not display current amount of hours used. Emailed support, and zero response. Looks like quite a few people with the same issue....please fix this. Please.

Looses connection and need to restart box often. Additionally asked tocreset my password on reinstalling the app and reset link has not arrived (it's been 12 hours)!! Brand new box 2025. now same problem. the worst app i have ever used. and a new problem, firmware update not working.

terrible app. I have been emailing Zodiac for over 1 yr and they still don't improve this garbage app. The app constantly locks up. I see other similar reviews asking the reviewer to call an 800 number. I have done this before. A person w/o any authority or ability to do anything says 'thank you for your comments.' I suggest that anyone with a choice use a different product.

Absolutely terrible. I've installed and uninstall this app 10 times trying to get it to connect. No matter what I do it will not connect. I can get it to connect via the Bluetooth but when it goes to set up the network, it just is in "connecting" mode forever and never can complete it. Completely worthless.
