    No signal, purchased a powerful wifi extender /Booster sitting on the window sill ,with full signal ,and I still can not connect ! I think I was sold a Dud. Why sell something that don't work this stuff ain't cheap

    The app is great when it connects. Currently though, the web interface has ceased to exist. So am unable to change pump programs

    Not reliable or stable. Times out. Doesn't keep the equipment running. Requires constant monitoring to make sure your settings are running. Obviously it used to be better. 4.4 rating yet all recent reviews are 1, 2 or 3 stars

    Wifi issues. As of today, it is still in 'pending'. Wifi is fine, all other wifi working.

    Hands down the worst app I'm forced to use. Have it connected to its own 2.4HGz wifi connection but it fails to stay connected for longer than an hour. Anytime I want to make changes to the pump I'm forced to delete the pump from the app and go through the process of re-adding it. Update to response: Called technical support per recommendation and the person was very rude and unhelpful. Was told to pay a technician to come out to troubleshoot.

    crashes all the time
