App constantly times out on my s24U. The web interface doesn't work at all for scheduling, I need to set schedule on wife's iPhone. The entire Jandy system seems terrible. It reminds me of something stuck in the 90s. Changing color on lights it has to cycle through like 15 options to go to the color. The scheduling interface is laggy and not touch friendly.

This app is horrible. takes over 20 minutes to load, freezes, says sorry there was an issue connecting. I have to wait sometimes 20 minutes just to turn on my spa and heater by the time the app works. even in web mode it just spins. they really need to fix it.

since the app was updated I have not been able to log in even though I go back and reset my password. this has become so frustrating and not only that but the wall unit has cracked and is barely readable so I can't do anything in that respect either. at this point I prefer the old app!

half the time I can't get it to connect without a big issue. and I can no longer just press the button on the machine itself I can only use my phone. for the amount of money I paid for this thing, I am not impressed.

We spent hundreds of thousands $$ on a new swimming pool with top of the line Jandy pump and automation equipment and we got this POS App! Very complicated to use, occasionally crashes and user unfriendly. Why isn't the Web section integrated with the rest of the App? It took me days to figure out how to configure and turn on the Spa and heater. There's no useful online App training. The App needs a complete overhaul. 🗑️
