Can't connect most of the time. Web screen is horrible. So small and SLOW! Pool installer is no help. Extremely frustrating. The app is junk. Have to override at the control panel to accomplish most tasks.

Not user friendly at all. Glitchy wifi connect. And no, it's not my high-speed internet or Google network mesh. Yes I get wifi signal all the way out pass my property line, thus the Google network mesh.

Connecting my iq30 is a horrible process, and one that I have to repeat often. The app loses connection to the system several times a year leaving me to go in and start all over each time. Would not recommend And yes, my wifi signal is strong. It's the product that's the problem

App constantly crashes or fails to connect to unit even while wifi show it connected and in pairing mode, the settings control should be in the drop down or open window for immediate access
