App stopped working. I logged on and it continually wants to do a firmware update which never actually downloads. Eventually it either says connection lost or after several hours I have to leave the app as it's not possible to access any of the functions. When I log back in the same process begins again so I can't run the pool heater. There doesn't seem to be any way of overriding this problem. I'm very disappointed that I have had no response to my requests for support despite several attempts
I have to open app several times for it to work.

system needs a clock that doesn't reset to 1200 when power fails

The app is very, very basic. Can't turn on the heat pump without going into the terrible web setup. Gotten worse over time - now the app won't refresh unless I close the app and open it. Can't program anything on the app either.

Never works. Looks like a 5 year old designed it. Total and complete dissatisfaction. UPDATE: My 2.4 network speed is fine and configured correctly. The problem is the app. It's over-the-top glitchy, exactly as many other users have indicated. I've tried calling and waited on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up.
