4/25/24 If you forget to update and save you cant get back. The system cant connect. Very poor software. And waiting for phone call? 1st i was told 20 min wait, then 12 min. After a wait i was told 3 minutes wait and then it went up to 60+ minutes. I left my phone number. Its been 4 hrs later and i have yet to receive a call back. Once you do something else and go back to the app to get an update, an error occurs, and it needs to be restarted. Also, it will not open a web browser on the phone.

It was good when I was able to see iaqualink web page. Now I see blank page when I click web and cannot manage my pump star and ending times and speed etc

Whatever the firmware update is, it won't push and manage itself. I get a random notification once in awhile that the update failed, but I don't have the ability to manually push the update and see what went wrong. Please add in a feature to do this manually and (optionally) view a log for any failures. I can't troubleshoot with zero info!

App continuously is not able to automatically update the firmware and customer service is only open during the week. Also, the controls to turn the Alpha iQ+ left or right when trying to use the lift out of the pool, do not turn on or off when touch and when they do cause the Alpha iQ+ to continously turn. App is connected to the internet with full strength, this is a product bug, please fix! The full basket indicator also illuminates, when the basket is not full.

Like many others, after the app has been opened on my phone and then sits idle for any period of time, I have to force it closed and then reopen the app before I'm able to do anything. You can't make schedule changes via the app. Schedule adjustments have to be done online with a browser. The program online is vintage 1990's. You can't pause a program so if you need to run your pumps for 48 hours you have to delete the schedule and then reprogram later. Don't forget to hit the save button!
