Needs a lot tweaking to get this app right. Very hit and miss if it's actually going to display what the pool cleaner is doing and whether the functions will actually work. Most of the time, it's less frustrating just using the console.

It seems like an app developed in 2010, the Web function looks from the 1990s. Basic things can get done but the design is outdated and not user friendly.

Can't connect most of the time. Web screen is horrible. So small and SLOW! Pool installer is no help. Extremely frustrating. The app is junk. Have to override at the control panel to accomplish most tasks. September 2024 update. The nightmare continues. Not enough space here to list all the deficiencies. Only allowed 500 characters.

it works when it works. bad part is it's the only system you have to choose from with jandy equipment. has a mind of its own you turn spa mode on or the heater mode you just cannot walk away and enjoy yourself you have to keep a eye on your phone because it'll randomly shut it off and when you go back into the app it says a error occurred. you have to force close the app and restart everything. I've messaged iaqualink 3 times no response so I give up. there's my 2 cents for everyone.

I'm using with a VRX iQ+. The app does green, but tapping into the control screen shows nothing. There's the screen template, but it's empty. I can't check cleaning status with the app. UPDATE: The info appeared on the screen eventually. I figure the app is pulling data from the console, but gives no indication to let the user know. Also, it would be nice if on the control screen it offered a pull to refresh option.
