It shows the update button in my cell phone but doesn't seem to finish. Can't see the main screen on my Android.
Good heat pump, terrible app. Needs to be restarted to -have a chance to- connect (it is random). If there is a remote view/control feature like this for an expensive physical unit, then the app itself too should reach a certain level of quality. :(
Worked fine for a few weeks now I can't even get it to connect. Total garbage! I literally want to take a baseball bat to it! I can't even get it to run manually, meanwhile my pool is getting more disgusting by the minute! I have had it for about a 5-6 weeks.
Won't connect to the network after the update, even after a fresh install of the app. I had trouble even before the latest update. I even changed out the interface box with no improvement. I'm left with no options to control my pump.
Can't even get it to connect to the robot. I have strong signal. The app just hangs on searching. Edit: I have spoken with tech support and followed all written directions. It was the same issue. I tried multiple devices. Android phone and iPhone.

New release and now web portion of app gets constant waiting for connection. I signed up for news letter and never got a heads up and what to do if problems occur. They must have tested the new release? Help.... So they fixed my waiting for connection by hitting reset on storage box outside of house. Condition caused by time out in the schedule portion of app. So after reset I was able to do everything. This should be part of their questions and answers section, it would eliminate a lot of phone
This app crashes and requires reinstalling if anything (ANYTHING) happens while using. An incoming phone call, a switch to another app, a notification. That this is the only option to control a swimming pool for which I paid over $70k is extremely upsetting.
