    This is my fourth review. This company's service is terrible. Still waiting for a phone call after 1 week to 'troubleshoot and repair' a terrible working product. Thinking of going to an old PDA system for half the price! You'd figure that with all your 1 to 2 star reviews your fix this by now.

    Rubbish App, works sometimes, most times doesnt. Sent email to support, no response

    Instead of replying for everyone to contact you, fix the app ASAP. I'M ABOUT TO RETURN THE WHOLE SYSTEM. IT'S RIDICULOUS

    You need to log out of the app and log back in, ie email and password if you cant get in. Re Iaqualink support comments below,I dont think its hardware if logging in and out of the app solves it?

    So far this app really stinks. It'll turn the spa lights randomly. Every time i push the web button, it says it's waiting for connection and it rarely ever gets past that. Fix it!

    you cannot chose your own colors. ex...christmas green, red, and white. Halloween orange. would be nice if they were more liberal with their system.

    Did hand over Fri, trying to get this WI-FI working is a nightmare, what a waste of money. The actual equipment is good, but the WI-FI is basically useless. Pool builder is going to get someone from Zodiac to contact/come out. Very frustrating, definitely not user friendly, over complicated 🤬. Update: no help at all. Spent 1.5hrs on hold, told they will call me back. Not surprising, no call back. Sent 2 emails no reply back. Sounds great to contact us for help, only problem is, there is NONE

    Updated review since my last 1 star rating. Still 1 star, incredibly unreliable, you might get in one day and then not again till the following day. Rebooting both system and phone makes no difference.No way to remove an older link in the app. Easily the most unreliable app/system I have ever used. EDIT: OK I have found a way to make it work.
