The app is not too bad by design but it glitches so much. Going offline, deleting schedules, being unresponsive despite being online etc. The robot is really good but I hope you will improve this interface and eliminate these bugs. Otherwise it's really just a poor user experience despite a good product which is a shame. (By the way, tried to send this feedback over the app interface as well; guess what happened... it didn't work)

This worked once last year. It has been replaced ($500 for a bluetooth antenna??) The app no longer connects. Have reinstalled, spoke with support on several occasions and it still won't work. It is the only non-functional wireless device in my smart home. One would think at that price, they could have a functional product.

Keeps saying firmware update failed. Have emailed Zodiac twice requesting assistance but they have not responded. Very poor customer service.

Lots of glitches
Dire Need Of Updating. The web app portion is primitive. The connection is lost routinely and it freezes. Not user friendly. Setting schedules is so clunky. You should be able to use radio buttons or select ranges of time/ days. It's all very much manual entry. And if you forget to hit save before trying to back out forget about it. You are stuck trying to connect. Then you either have to go to the control panel and power down or call support. I hate it.

Can't use the app because it's making me do an update to my pool cleaner. Update takes forever, and I can't use my phone until the update completes. Who thought this was a good idea? What can't the update happen in the background? ** UPDATE: issue is resolved, I can now use the app. I will update the stars once I can validate that the firmware update doesn't cause a significant negative user experience.

2021 update, this is only getting worst..... Not only is it app keep crashing all the time. The hardware that it is supporting has ridiculously expensive spare parts(or none). Do yourself a favor avoid zodiac/Jandy products for your pool. As far as a support from this app I only had the chance to deal with incompetence and morons . Uninstall/reinstall the app, or referencing updates that do not exist. We are now a month into these repeat failure and no progress from support....
