I like the whole experience. I've been going there since 2006. Good customer service, quality technicians, good environment, and a car wash. My Infiniti cars have also been reliable.

Great service as usual. Had a transmission issue and was accommodated right away for service when I called my service advisor Juan. Unfortunately it had to be replaced, and would cost a fortune. However, since it's a safety issue I called Infiniti consumer services since there were already some service bulletins about the transmission on their QX60, Infiniti covered the cost of the transmission and all I have left is to pay the service done to gave it replaced.
