Great customer service,they fixed the problem and as always gave it a car wash
Went for an emergency battery replacement since battery no longer accepting charge and had to jump start 4x already and depleted my portable emergency battery jump starter. Had to go to the airport that day to bring a relative going to San Francisco and needed my QX60 to haul luggages. Dillon was able to help and got me the assistance needed to replace the battery and some additional check needed for service soon in just about an hour, and was able to make it to the airport in time and do some additional errands for the day.... read more
