I like how fast the smooth everything was. Infiniti of Scottsdale handled everything well and took all the worry out

I live 4 hours away. Had to go to Phoenix for service. While everyone was friendly and helpful, on the way home into the drive about 2 hours, the "splash plate" or whatever guard it is under the engine came loose while on the highway at 75 mph making a horrible noise that I did not know what it was. I was lucky enough to be close to an exit so I pulled off and stopped. The splash guard fell off when I got out of the car.
