Isaac very considerate, professional, and friendly. He kept me updated on the progress and thoroughly explained all the charges. I waited at the dealership for the service to be completed and the lounge is very comfortable with a nice choice of snacks.

The service at Infiniti of Scottsdale has always been good and this last trip was no exception. I wish it didn't take so long but another customer in the waiting room assured me "it was normal." At least the waiting room is nice and they have water and snacks available for those who want them. I seldom do but this time I did take a small bag of popcorn. Also I opted for the free car wash option as I dread taking my lovely vehicle to an automatic car wash. They did a nice job and I left with the car serviced and very clean. S... read more
