Isaac very considerate, professional, and friendly. He kept me updated on the progress and thoroughly explained all the charges. I waited at the dealership for the service to be completed and the lounge is very comfortable with a nice choice of snacks.

The service at Infiniti of Scottsdale has always been good and this last trip was no exception. I wish it didn't take so long but another customer in the waiting room assured me "it was normal." At least the waiting room is nice and they have water and snacks available for those who want them. I seldom do but this time I did take a small bag of popcorn. Service Dept. Excellent Service Advisor the best JUAN!
Prior to getting my car to service, I had to get a boost to get my car started. I drove it immediately to Infiniti and suggested the battery needing changing. They did a battery test and said it passed so they didn't replace the battery. When I went to pick my car up and started it, it did not turn over immediately like it usually does. We had a manager come out and listen to the start-up and he agreed the battery needed to be changed. I'm not certain how the battery tested out okay, but bottom line, it needed to be replaced... read more
