The service advisor are great, and always have been. The technicians are good as well. The biggest issue is the new service manager is unprofessional and the whole vibe has changed significantly since he stared. You can tell the service advisor don't care for him either. He clearly lacks the ability to be a leader, help his staff and make it a welcoming environment. The most concerning of all is that he avoids customers when there's an issue.
