"Simple and profesional." They do an excellent job of scheduling the maintenance work for my wife’s Q 50. It doesn’t matter if I schedule online or call on the phone. They always have a loaner car available should I need it. This time I came in for an oil change and a new battery. It took just over an hour so I was able to make some calls and do a little research from the customer service waiting area. Carrie McCarty was profesional and knowledgeable.

"Excellent Service" Raymond was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional- He kept me informed of my vehicle status- and took care of any concerns I had- Its very hard to come across excellent customer service these days and Raymond surpassed my expectations. Highly recommended!

"Carrie McCarty, Service Advisor, is AMAZING" Carrie is an absolute GEM. I bought my 2013 G37 new from this dealership several years ago and Carrie has been my service advisor since she began with Infiniti. She is so good that I will schedule my services around her schedule (which is available online on the very user-friendly service scheduler). "Raymond gave me prompt attention and got my car serviced " Oustanding service, was prompt in greeting me and took care of my needs immediately, has always been an awesome experience with him,as far as Im concerened hes the best you have and it wasnt any problem to get my car serviced

"Infiniti service " Danny has been my service manager for about 6 years now(2 vehicles). He is always very helpful and accommodating. He is Knowledgeable about my vehicle and takes his time in explaining the services performed. My vehicle is always ready at or before the time he quotes me. I would recommend Danny highly.

"Service is amazing" Danny Solozano the service consultant really takes great care of servicing my car and properly sets my expectations. He is thorough and really stands out from other consultants. He explains what I need and don't need along with probably future maintenance. My car always comes out perfectly humming! He really takes great pride in providing excellent service!

"Greatest Service Dept in FL!" I've always had great service at Schumacher, they work around my schedule, they always give me a beautiful loaner. And my car always looks great when I pick it up. Danny Solozano is a great asset to your department, and I always look forward to working with him. The new Lounge is beautiful, I almost wish I could wait for my car one day.
