Property had bent screens on windows, average in cleaning, beds were lower on one side than the other, checkin took 35 minutes, elevator was shaky up and down. We waited for 14 minutes to get a ride down the elevator and two were working. No air conditioning and it became a concern when there were over 40 fires in the area and smoke was real bad. Restaurant and bar were good.

Kitchen suite had no utensils!! Why pay for kitchen?

Do not stay here. The hotel is very old and the pictures do not reflect the condition of the property. Additionally, when we got into the room, we noticed hair from the bed. It appears that the bed sheet and pillow cases were not changed. It was disgusting. My wife and I did not stay the night.

Air conditioner didn’t work well. Breakfast was very slow—people seated after us got their food earlier and we were on a timeline. Whites of eggs weren’t cooked and bacon wasn’t crisp.

The shuttle that is complimentary - Was left waiting at airport for a long time with excuses from reception. Drive was very sketchy!! Rooms are so dated. Bed cover was stained and old. They need to revamp the bedding for sure. Restaurant and food was excellent.
