This hotel really needs renovation. Everything in it is old. Would not stay here again because of this. Old boat anchor tv, broken a/c, the bathroom was just small and inconvenient.

Old and outdated property and unfriendly staff, free breakfast is a joke.
This property is tired, in need pf a good update. Pillows on bed well used and flat, mattresses old, bedding old, peeling wallpaoer and furniture lacking luster and springs.
The front desk lady Doreen and the manager were the rudest heartless, sorry excuses for customer service I've ever encountered. Shame on them for even being in this industry Never ever will I stay there again. I'm seriously disgusted by the way I ws treated and how my issue was handled. Doreen ... you seriously should reconsider working in customer service, clearly it's not for you..
After making the reservation my kids and I were told to leave because they were over booked at 1130 at night.
This hotel is perfect for a quick stay (1 night max). The hotel is in severe need of an upgrade.

The rooms were dated and felt gross. The carpet was awful looking. The bedspread looked older than me. There was no welcome folder or information besides a menu for their restaurant. When I requested an extra pillow (they had only given us two in the room) they didn't have any. The hot water in the showerwas not available at night and very slow (like three to five minutes) to arrive the next morning. I appreciated the shuttle from the airport and to the train, but I wouldn't stay here again.
