I was very tired. They put me into a room that had been recently slept in. I got push back when I asked for a different room AND a clean set of sheets to make the bed myself as a precaution.

beds were too hard had 2 small pillows for 2 people on king size bed and no spares could be found crappy tv it did have AC which no other place that I stayed did have and it actually was quite warm while I was there

Clock in room didnt work, airconditioner barely worked, ice machine on 12 didnt work, wske up call was 10 minutes late

Asked for pillows and waited 6 hours for them! Needed ladder to climb in tub!

The only thing positive I can say about this facility is the proximity to downtown. The hotel is old and in severe need of remodeling. The bed uncomfortable and sagged in the middle as though it should have been replaced 5 years ago. Their idea of Breakfast being included is the strangest concept I’ve ever seen. You get a voucher everyday to get a meal from their coffee shop. The meals are basic and everyday you stay there you have to get another pass for that day from the front desk. The check in was very slow. The rooms were very dated, the furniture chipped like an old motel. Old big tube TV’s, slow internet, ragged blankets, flat pillows. One of 2 elevators not working, so for a 15 story hotel the wait was very long. The only positive was the girl working the free breakfast. She was fast and efficient. I kept apologizing to my family in the other 3 rooms for my poor choice. We would never stay there again or recommend to anyone.
