Luckily, I could stay at home and wait past the postponments. They were profesional enough to call when they had to reschedule the start, and again and again. Once the work started, I found the office people well informed and able to connect me to the point of contact person who wrote up the contract. I thought they would have done a better job repairing the wood before installing the windows and capping over the large gaps.
took a little while to get the job started, but they did an outstanding job
they did a WONDERFUl job installing our windows. They were quick, efficient, and VERY thorough. Unwilling to leave the job in a state not satisfactory to the installer, let alone to customer. We are EXTREMELY pleased with our windows.
The owner Tom was fantastic about having the job done right! He also did some extra work that was not in the contract to ensure my happiness.
I WISH THEY WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME THEIR BEST PRICE FIRST INSTEAD OF PLAYING THE CAR SALESMAN DEAL I.E. THEY STARTED WITH AN UNBELIEVABLY HIGH PRICE AND AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO THE boss THE PRICE WAS LOWERED AND THEN LOWERED AGAIN UNTIL IT WAS AT A FAIR PRICE AND A GOOD VALUE.THEY ALSO WERE ABOUT TWO WEEKS GETTING TO MY HOUSE TO MEASURE FOR THE WINDOWS AFTER THEY HAD TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE ABOUT 4 OR FIVE DAYS,THUS SETTING THE PROJECT BEHIND SCHEDULE. Install America did an excellent job replacing my windows. The were courteous, timely, and very professional in their work. The windows are beautiful! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!
The crew didn't do the greatest job in the world and argued with us when we tried to make recommendations. The window quality was pretty good overall, but we had to have an entire window replaced because the whole frame was significantly bowed. The job was estimated by the salesperson Jim Siracuse to be only one day in length, and instead took two full days. We were expecting a call about getting the bowed window replaced, and we were told we'd receive a call in mid-July. It's close to August and we still haven't heard back ... read more
