The installation was quick and efficient. I would have liked if the workmen had cleaned the windows before leaving.
Salesman was customer focused and worked with our needs and pricing. The warranty is out of this world. Installers were curteous and cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job. We will be calling them back for the rest of the windows we need.
Install America replaced our windows, 13 total excluding our bay window which was also done. Job was done in less than 2 days. I felt bad for the installers because we were in the middle of a heat wave with temps over 100 including the heat index. My husband and I love the new windows and the capping that was done around each window ? superb!
It took four attempts to get all five windows installed. Work crew was good - neat, efficient & polite. Manager we dealt with was rude, didn't return calls or follow thru when asked & when we complained about the problems, his attitude was 'well, those are the breaks. I'm not about to apologize.' His superior did have a much different/better attitude.
We had an inital problem is contacting this contractor. The salesperson who was supposed to come out had a family emergency so they sent out a management type. We did not take the offer right then but when we wanted to take it we could not get hold of him. We had nothing in writing. Several months later we had another sales person come and they agreed to abide by the first quoted amount, which was very generous. We are very happy with the results; they did an excellent and professional job.
We can't say enough good things about our experience with Install America. We are in our mid-50's; over the past 20 years, we've re-placed almost everything in our 60 year old home. We consider ourselves to be fairly knowledgeable and fairly picky too. We interviewed 5 companies for the job of replacing all 20 windows in our house. Fast work, very responsive to my comments. I've already hired them for a 2nd project. I would recommend them to anyone looking for siding, windows or roofing.

Rating Install America is difficult, because they did some things very well and others very poorly. So, I hope you will consider the good and bad points rather than just looking at the rating. First, their salesman was excellent for the most part. He demonstrated the benefits of their windows in a realistic way and covered everything exceptionally well.
