Room was hot!!! Couldn't adjust temp because the thermostat was locked. Called down for a fan, nobody behind desk to help me. So i didnt sleep much and burned up all night
I'm docking this from a five-star review because the restaurant served meh bar food. Also, one reason we chose this hotel was because of the pool/hot tub. The hot tub was basically the temperature of bath water, and the jet system was only putting out only mild bubbles. Don't think we'll be back.
We canceled our reservation several days ahead of our expected stay. Apparently the app that we used to reserve the room did not communicate this information with the hotel and our credit card was charged in full for one night even though we could not be there!

At the casino, so if you gamble it’s perfect. Workout room very poor. Nothing near hotel but water parks. Surprisely, No coffee maker in room.
This hotel is attached to a Casino but the entire hotel smelled like smoke, the pillows were old, and the jetted tub was filthy dirty. I will not stay here again.
No coffee maker in the room and the coffee shop was closed in the morning when I got up. After ordring, I had to wait an hour for my dinner.
