Slow distribution processing As of Jan 22nd, 2026 - ITrust customer service representatives stated they are having problems/delays in processing distribution requests due to high demand. Holiday aside, there is no excuse for not processing transactions in a timely manner. I value controls that are in place for my security. But there have been times where distributions have been processed in a couple of days and others like now where it will take in excess of a week. This is access to my funds. In this instance, our team let you know that there has been an exceptionally high number of requests lately, as a transparency courtesy, but we're still processing distributions within the standard timeframe that we communicated.
