I’ve had three substantive… I’ve had three substantive conversations with folks at ITrust and each one has been helpful and smooth. The most recent was today with a guy whose name is Mo - although I and my financial advisor misunderstood his intro and kept calling him Mel. In any event, Mo walked us through the process of converting a portion of my traditional IRA to and ITrust Roth IRA. I had a minor IT issue I had a minor IT issue. Due to work and my schedule I really couldn’t focus on resolving the problem. Mo with iTrust Capital made it seamless.
