I ran into problems with my bank and Jonathan saw me through the process. I ran into problems with my bank blocking the wire transfer and some other processing questions, and Jonathan followed my progress independently helping out here and there. Kudos to Julian! Julian displayed phemnomal customer service. I was very pleased with how he answered my questions and satisfied my concerns. I also liked how he took the ibiykce to see how my accounts were not set up correctly for the best situation and outcome I wanted. That said, Julian has a high degree of attention to detail which is a good leadership trait to have. I'm sure if ever he is promoted to Mgr if he is not already one, he will groom future employees to perform to the same standard as he. KUDOS to Julian!
