Not what I expected Not what I expected. Very smooth process for funding accounts. VERY slow processes for withdrawals with poor communication. I don’t recommend unless you plan to deposit and hold forever. Also, no capability to download CSV files for record keeping.

Once the 30-days have passed, you can withdraw your funds. We're happy to help. I have contacted the company several… I have contacted the company several times for a Roth IRA conversion. Everyone I have dealt with so far has been very nice and professional. I spoke to rafael today. He was very nice and helped me get the last item settled.
