Zoom meeting to confirm a RMD. I find their approach to executing a RMD from an IRA both time consuming and very reasonable in order to protect the company from fraud. Their customer service is excellent.

Francisco Rocks! Francisco was very helpful, professional and pleasant. He helped me out by navigating me to “Secure Document Portal” to locate my old statements. I was looking for year 2023 and it was not available online. He had his team sent me my statements within the hour, amazing! Also, he patiently answered all my questions regarding Form 5498.
