Doing IRA Distribution I'm 74 yo. My computer skills are limited to ordering on Amazon, replying to emails, watching YouTube and Netflix. Never used ZOOM before. Really nervous. Rafael sent the link right on time. I clicked the link and I was on ZOOM. Rafael explained what he was going to ask and do. He made this experience EASY PEASY. My nerves faded. In a few minutes we were done. I was in good hands.
