Joe has been the most reliable, efficient and upfront lender you could ask for! Joe has been working with my husband and I for many years, as we were not ready to purchase. As the time was near, he was on top of everything! He called and stayed of top of all needed documents. After my husband and I long struggle, Joe closed the deal through all obstacles on top of a week earlier with closing! He is the best yet!

This was our second time working with Joe because the first time also went so well. And while we hope we're not moving anymore and are in our "forever home" we will always choose to work with him. He took time to answer any questions I had, he didn't make me feel silly about the least of them, and made sure I felt comfortable moving forward. He was on-the-ball throughout the whole process.

He was always available to answer questions, even when I was texting him on a Sunday night. He is honest, trustworthy, and will not take advantage of you. He will walk you through the whole process step by step and make sure you know what to expect. We felt very prepared and highly recommend him!

He got done in 6 weeks what another couldn't do in 4.5 months. He was very responsive to my needs, not just with understanding documents and why they were needed, but emotionally as well. I don' t think people realize how much of an emotional and deeply personal process trying to purchase a hone is, but Joe was incredble in his approach.
