We regularly go there on Charge and Red Black's home games. We're usually satisfied accept for last night. Waiting 30min past our reservation to be seated yet others past in front of us. No water or utensils. Had to ask twice fore utensils after our food arrived. Almost had to beg for water. When it arrived, costers were almost thrown. Really disappointed
Food was delicious as always, it never disappoints.
Too loud to carry on a conversation am- Sens Watch Party spoiled the ambience Also, it was unbearably hot in restaurant - heat had not been regulated for unusually warm outside. As for food, had to send back starter steak dish because of the amount of fat on the beef portion.
We had one of the most inattentive rude servers we’ve ever experienced. She never came back to check on us to ask if we wanted more drinks or to top up our water or if we wanted or need anything else
When we ask for less ice, they give us a half the drink. Instead of adding more juice to an $18 drink they said no it will taste different. That's ridiculous. We are paying for 1 shot of vodka what difference would it make to add juice. The server barely came to the table she was too busy at the bar chatting with other servers. We made a reservation for seven person at 5 o’clock. We usually meet 3 to 4 times a year at Joey’s with some friends who live quite a bit away. As soon as we got there, we were informed that we could only stay for two hours because they booked our table again at 7 o’clock. We were quite disappointed, especially that our friends were running late because of traffic, but we thought that they wouldn’t push us away. Ordered the steak and sushi, the steak was cold, sushi was good. I did not have the opportunity to advise the server about the steak as she did not return to ask how the food was. This was a disappointing experience as I have been to this restaurant several times expecting level of quality control.

They only gave us 2 hours for a group of 8 people. We all ordered mains and a few bottles of wine. We received our main courses 30 minutes before we had to leave. The servers were trying to take our plates every 2 minutes while we were still eating and it was obvious. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the dinner and wine - all was very rushed and unpleasant. Very slow service. Waited 30 mins at the table before drink order was taken. 45 mins before drinks arrived. Food was great but a poor experience.
