We were a table of 6 the seating here is not the greatest especially when you have the servers ass in your face when they are trying to take the order from the next table. The server we had was not knowledgeable when it came to having bourbon at the bar, she was not very attentive when it came to drinks. Always had top service both on waiting and from kitchen at Joey Landsdowne. .recent visit for a friends birthday and Super disappointed with poor service, low quality food “steak sent back-veggies covered in some sauce” and I mean covered . Manager came by and seemed irritated. Offered fries for the wait on a new steak only to be charged for them. Nothing was offered to rebate for poor food and service. Paid the bill and left. Very disappointed.
Terrible server, left plates on the table long after the meal was finished. The wine we ordered was not in stock but the server failed to inform us until I inquired about the wine we ordered. We did not have wine for the appetizers it arrived during the main course. It was necessary to wave the server down for service rather than her checking on our table. Joey is normally excellent but this most recent experience was a disappointment.
It’s very unfortunate as I’ve always enjoyed Joey restaurant locations and the food is quite good, nice cocktails, but the portions are absolutely disappointing. I paid over $30 for about 6 thin slices of tuna topped with a small salads. It’s enough for me to never go back to this location.

Hostess was quite impolite with my guest. Food was hardly edible and arrived late

Wasn’t impressed. Pricing is astonishing for the size value. Very noisy. Slow slow slow service. Forgotten items. Will not be back.

Waitress didn’t check in on us after we received the food. Didnt refill our water. Didn’t ask us if we wanted dessert. We asked another waiter for our bill. That’s how long it took. Steak was warm, fries were frozen, Szechuan wraps were perfect. Was super unimpressed for the first time.
2nd time the steak isnt cooked properly. Removed good items from menu. Amazing service but the food quality isn’t the same
