Horrible experience. The service and management is incredibly arrogant and rude. Will never go back.
Food came out cold and the service was lack luster
OMG what a horrible experience! One hour to get our food. Excess amount of workers walking around with position or job duty. For the same price I’d rather go across the street to Fleming for a prompt service and less vanity environment.
The experience was not as I was hoping for. I made a reservation for my boyfriend's birthday to have a special evening out. Upon arrival I checked in saying I had a reservation, but still a walk in couple was seated before us and we waited 10 minutes still, which isn't too bad, but if the walk in got seated right away I don't understand why we still had to wait 10min. I’ll start off by saying the food was great and the service was not terrible but it’s not what we expected compared to other restaurants when celebrating an anniversary. I had made it known in the comments when booking the reservation and even calling 3 hours before I arrive to give a heads up to just see if they did anything special. Food took 2 hours to come out Food came out cold
Great food but grossly overpriced Being in the restaurant business I understand food cost. Kitchen staff excessive which causes the prices to be inflated to cover labor.
My server was so superficial. What really bothered me was when I placed an order for my entree, she asked me if I would like to accompany it with bread. I said no thanks and my guest said yes. When the bill came out, I saw I was charged $8 for garlic bread slice. I paid the bill and didn’t say anything. My server failed to acknowledge upfront that there is a cost to bread and behaved as if it were complementary. It was a deceitful act and ruined my experience with wanting to come back and host my guests at your location.
Waiters were coming around our party. And. We were a big groups close to closing time. I had to get up a few times to get them because they were to busy talking to each other instead of paying attention to the only table that was there.
