"Purchase of 2015 Tacoma Access Cab" We were in town for the Bristol night race and were looking at used 4wd Tacomas on the lot but after looking at the new 2015 Tacoma Access Cab wanted to see what kind of deal could be made on it. "New Car Buying Experience" I have purchased my vehicles over the course of my life. This is a couple of first time experiences. I contacted the dealership via the internet to discuss a particular vehicle in inventory. This particular vehicle appeared to meet my needs. "Easy no hassle shopping " Knowledgeable salesman that was not pushy. Generally I would rather get a tooth pulled than car shop but this experience was quite different......I smiled the whole time. Very pleased with my new Toyota....Thanks Mark Fletcher. Cass Farrier was very helpful showing me how to use all the features on my new car. Lance Quillen was very knowledgeable in the business office. Overall a great experience

"Terry Sewell at Johnson City Toyota is the BEST! " I just bought a 2015 Toyota Tundra from Terry and I hate buying cars and believe it or not it actually was a fun experience. She is a great sales lady and understands what it means to be a woman when buying a car. ""Johnson City Toyota makes great deals"" Everyone that helped us at Johnson City Toyota did a great job. Very knowledgeable about all the details inside and out of the 4Runner. They made us feel like we had known them for years and got a great deal on our 4Runner. Terry is very good at what she does, Kelly is hilarious and made our buying experience a pleasure and Fred was a great salesman. "Johnson City Toyota is competitive " Johnson City Toyota is a great place to buy a new car. I decided to think about their offer overnight and told them I'd get back with them the next day. In the meantime, I contacted another Toyota dealership and got a price on the same car. I called Johnson City Toyota and told them and they came back with a deal sweeter than the other dealership. "1st new care experience" Everyone was awesome at Johnson City Toyota, especially Andrea, my sales person. They helped me pick out the car in the price range I was looking for, and I never felt pressured.
